Today's Events - David Chase

To the Northwestern community:

Today marks the first day of NU STANDS WITH HAITI, a week-long campaign to support ongoing relief efforts in Haiti following last week's earthquake. Over 30 student groups on campus are organizing events as part of the campaign. To get your group involved, contact megha.agrawal@gmail.com.

7PM - McSA Presents: Against Islamophobia (Ryan Auditorium). Speakers include Capt. James Yusuf Yee, Former U.S. Army Muslim Chaplin at Guantanamo, and Maulana Yusuf Abdullah, Eminent Islamic Scholar and Hafiz of Qur'an. Donations will be collected.

8PM - NU Conference on Human Rights: Opening Keynote (Leverone Hall). Empowering Hope: Cities, Slums, and Human Rights featuring Katherine Sierra, Vice President for Sustainable Development at the World Bank. Donations will be collected.

8PM - WAVE Productions Presents: See What I Wanna See, A Jazz, Kabuki, Film Noir Musical! (Shanley Pavilion). ALL TICKET SALES DONATED.
